When a property company bought this 52 bedroom upper market new build budget London hotel, Lester Hotels were appointed as Operators having advised on the purchase and produced feasibilities.
Solution
Lester Hotels quickly identified the true potential of the hotel and 36 more bedrooms were added, a new reception was created and the restaurant area extended. Lester Hotels produced feasibilities and cashflows for this project, liaised with architects to obtain planning permission and then project managed the build.
Results
The hotel now enjoys extremely high week round occupancy at a rate above most of its peers and its value has soared.
